These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the My Trainer Pro mobile application, website and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
About the Service
My Trainer Pro provides fitness and lifestyle coaching services, including personalized workout plans, meal plans, habit tracking, assessments, progress tracking and related expert guidance. The Service is intended to support general fitness and lifestyle goals and is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis or treatment.
Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you should use the Service only with appropriate parental or guardian involvement where required by law.
Fitness and Health Disclaimer
The information and guidance provided through My Trainer Pro are for general fitness, nutrition and lifestyle purposes. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise, nutrition or lifestyle program, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, pain, are pregnant, take medication, or have been advised to restrict physical activity. Stop an exercise and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience unusual pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms.
Personalized Plans and Coaching
Plans and recommendations are prepared using information and assessments provided by you. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information so that recommendations can be appropriately tailored. Results vary between individuals and My Trainer Pro does not guarantee any specific weight loss, fitness, health or performance outcome.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload harmful or unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use another person’s account without authorization
Client-Uploaded Information and Content
You may upload information such as photographs, videos, documents, assessment materials and other content required for the Service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload such content. You grant My Trainer Pro the limited permission necessary to store, process and use uploaded content to provide and operate the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy. We will not use client photographs, testimonials or identifiable information for public marketing without appropriate permission where required.
Personal and Health Information
The Service may process personal and health-related information that you choose to provide, including assessment information and uploaded reports or media. Such information is handled as described in the My Trainer Pro Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription plans, prices, duration and applicable offers will be displayed on the website or through other official My Trainer Pro channels. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and pay the applicable charges for the selected service.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the applicable subscription terms, payment-provider rules and any specific offer conditions communicated at the time of purchase. Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

The My Trainer Pro name, logo, app, website, software, designs, exercise videos, text, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to My Trainer Pro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial fitness purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the Service or its content without written permission.
Third-Party Services
The Service may use or link to third-party services, including payment, hosting, video, communication, analytics or other service providers. Your use of such services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. My Trainer Pro is not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party services.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, updates, security issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, My Trainer Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. You remain responsible for following appropriate professional medical advice and using exercise and nutrition recommendations safely and responsibly.
Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, misused the Service, engaged in unlawful activity, or created a security or operational risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the Service, these Terms & Conditions, or related policies from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or other appropriate means. The updated version will be posted on the relevant website page and will become effective when stated.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
